ANONYMOUS HIV TESTING SERVICES

Parkdale CHc is offering Anonymous HIV Testing Services every Mondays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The service is by appointment only, but you do not need to be a patient of the health center to access this service. Call 416-537-2455 and ask for the medical reception to book an appointment. Your first name will be required when booking an appointment but no other ID is needed.
